"Excellent A1 service at J&J. I called to get a quote on replacing a r/f stud and lug. I spoke to Mr. Andrian Martinez, who was very courteous and professional. He gave me a great estimate and repair time frame. Once I arrived, I was met by 2 employees who assisted me. I went inside the lobby and met Mr. Martinez who was still courteous and professional. They repaired my vehicle with no problems. During my wait I had the opportunity to observe the great work ethic of all employees. They were friendly, polite, professional, and very attentive.
